Masala Mudhi

  • Mudhi (Murmura) – 1 cup
  • Mixture – 1 tbsp
  • Sprouted moong – 1 tsp (Black gram)
  • Cucumber – 1 tsp cut cubes
  • Coconut – 1 tsp grated/ cut thin pieces
  • Mustard oil – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 tsp chopped
  • Green chilly – 1 tsp minced
  • Ginger – 1/2 tsp minced
  • Onion – 1 tsp chopped
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tsp chopped
  • Pickle – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt – As per taste

Recipe:

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Note: Eat this immediately to prevent murmura to become soft.
